Returns and exchanges

We'd love you to be totally delighted with your purchase.

However, if you do want to return your order - no problem! Rich Fashion is happy for you to return any ordered product for whatever reason.

Products purchased online can be fully refunded if the parcel is shipped back within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

Sale items purchased online and returned after 14 days, but before 28 days are eligible for an exchange only.

How do I return an item?

Please submit your return request from our Returns Center

You will need to type order number and email address (associated to your order).

Follow the simple steps to submit the request.
Our customer care team will review and approve it.
You'll then receive a confirmation email with the instructions to ship your items.

Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund.

We’ll process your return within 4-9 days upon receipt of your order. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account from when we receive your return.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency and to the original payment method.

How do I exchange an item?

We make exchanges very easy.
Go to Returns Center and insert your email and order number.
Choose what item you want to exchange and select "I want to exchange it" as a Reason. Write the details for your exchange (new size, color, etc) and submit the request

Quality guarantee
If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us on customercare@richfashion.com

What you can't send back

Some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned unless faulty. 

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, dresses, sculpture.
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

 

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
