Returns and exchanges
We'd love you to be totally delighted with your purchase.
However, if you do want to return your order - no problem! Rich Fashion is happy for you to return any ordered product for whatever reason.
How do I return an item?
You need to let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0800 520 0844 within 14 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you notify us after 14 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number, item details and your customer details to hand.
You need to send back the item to us by post within 30 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hang tags still attached.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to offer free returns, therefore please choose your preferred means of sending the parcel back to us (Royal Mail or your courier of choice). Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund.
EU and international returns
For EU and International returns you will need to fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.

We’ll process your return within 7-14 days upon receipt of your order. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account from when we receive your return.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency and to the original payment method.
If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us on email@example.com
What you can't send back
Some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
- Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, dresses, sculpture.
- Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
Anything else I should know?
Exchanges may take more time to process as we need to pick, pack and send the exchange back with our love. We thank you for your patience.
Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post or in-store within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sale items purchased online and returned after 14 days, but before 28 days are eligible for an exchange only.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
